01 General Terms and Conditions

02 Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an account with db87, the following requirements must be met:
- Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.
- One Account: Only one account may be opened per person, household, device, or IP address. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

- Identity Verification (KYC): db87 may request a copy of your government-issued ID at any time for identity verification purposes.
Remember: Information provided during registration will be used for identity verification later. Incorrect information may cause withdrawal issues.
03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit
Deposits on db87 can be made easily via mobile banking and digital wallets. All deposits must be made from your own account; deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
- Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500
- Maximum single deposit: BDT 5,00,000
- Deposits are generally credited to your account within 1 to 15 minutes.
- If your deposit is delayed, please contact customer support.
Withdraw
Db87 processes withdrawals as quickly as possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
- Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be held if identity verification is not completed.
- If you have an active bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Db87 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
Warning: Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will never be accepted. This is part of our anti-money laundering policy.
04 Bonus and Promotion Policy
Db87 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. Each bonus has its own specific terms that must be read carefully before acceptance.
- Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This can only be claimed once.
- Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering multiplier (typically 10x–30x).
- Validity: Each bonus has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be forfeited after expiry.

- Bonus Abuse: Any member found attempting to manipulate the bonus system will have their account terminated and winnings forfeited.

05 Betting Rules
To enjoy Sports Betting and casino games on db87, the following rules must be followed:
- Bet Validity: Once a bet has been placed, it generally cannot be changed.
- Technical Issues: If a bet fails to process due to a server or network issue, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
- Result Determination: All games use RNG (Random Number Generator), which is certified and audited.

- Live Betting: Odds in live events can change rapidly. Confirm the odds before placing a bet.
In any dispute relating to the outcome of a sporting event, db87's decision shall be considered final.
06 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on db87 and may result in permanent account termination:
- Match Fixing or Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
- Multiple Accounts: Having two or more accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
- Bots or Automation: Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.
- Bonus Abuse: Coordinating with others to exploit commission or bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.
- Account Transfer: Selling or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- Third-Party Funds: Placing bets or making payments using someone else's funds is strictly prohibited.
Consequences: If prohibited activities are detected, the account will be closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
07 Account Suspension and Closure
Db87 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- If Terms and Conditions are violated
- If fraudulent activity is suspected
- If identity verification fails or false information is found
- If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
- If a self-exclusion request is submitted
To close your account, please contact customer support. Any balance earned through legitimate means will be returned after verification.

- Losses resulting from faults in third-party software or services.
